November 2008 forecast

With Mars amping up your endurance until the 17th, Mercury making you think about nothing but until the 23rd, and the Sun making all eyes on you until the 22nd, your career (ha! You hoped I was talking about something else?!) thanks to these three planets being in your solar tenth, will get a super boost in the arm.

You’ll find amazing opportunities to toot your own horn, get that promotion/transfer/secondment you’ve been busting for, meet industry VIPs or just simply be in the right place at the right time talking to the right person on the 1st, 10th, 11th, 16th and 17th, but don’t fall for the old “yes-you’re-doing-well-now-but-let’s-see-how-you’re-travelling-in-12-months” malarkey on the 4th, 13th (which is also the Full Moon), and 18th. Your boss, client or even you yourself could be less than honest on these dates.

But Onto More Important Business: as an Aquarian, you love the lead-up to Christmas when you get to play with your mates and this month is no exception! The Sun enters your solar eleventh house of friends and group activities on the 22nd, preceded by Venus until the 13th, Mars from the 17th, Mercury from the 23rd, and Pluto until the 27th. Apart from the 3rd when you could be disappointed by the narrowmindedness, pessimism and dullness of an old pal and/or knocked sideways by the freaky (even for you!) antics of another, you have a simply magical array of dates concentrating on your social activities so circle with the biggest pen you can find any invites for the 5th, 12th, 25th, and the New Moon of the 28th.

The 12th is a super-charged day when you could fall – hard – for someone who up until now has been a pal secretly harbouring intensely romantic thoughts. However you could also be uncommonly possessive or obsessive about a certain group of friends of association. What lasts after the 12th is meant to, what does not, will not following the New Moon.

And This Just In… Venus enters your solar twelfth house of secrets on the 13th, joined by Pluto from the 27th and jolly Jupiter there until 7th January 2009. You could well embark on a secret love affair or at least want to take the phone off the hook a lot (very out of character for Aquarians) especially on the 28th and 30th thanks to Venus wanting to curl up privately out of sight. Jupiter provides you with lucky opportunities behind the scenes with the 13th and 21st pointing possibly to a top-secret financial deal that will improve your earning power and/or grow your wealth.

With Pluto here until 2024 (yes, in 16 years time!) you will ever so slowly start to embark on a psychological journey of self-discovery which will take years. Like the talented Rachel Hunter once said, “It won’t heppen overnight, but it will heppen.”
