FAQ

1. Select your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ gift report. Log in, or register your details to become a new customer on the Your Details page. Click Next Step.

2. On the Report Details page, enter the first name, surname, gender, birth time (if applicable), city and country. If your town is not listed, please select the next largest city to it. Click Next Step.

3. Check your report details carefully on the Order Details page. If any of your details are incorrect, please click Edit Details to correct.

3a. If you have a gift certificate code, enter it in the box provided and click Recalculate, which will activate the discount and recalculate the new amount.

3b. Fill out your shipping address. Click Next Step.

4. On the Purchase page, fill out your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard). Click Buy Now.

Once your credit card payment has been approved, you will be emailed a receipt and your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ gift report will arrive via Express Post within 2-5 working days.

if you have received an It's In The Stars gift certificate for a set amount ($79, $89 or $99), simply select a Love Stars or BabyStars report (with or without birthtime).

For example, if you were given an It's In The Stars gift certificate for $89, you can select:

* either a LoveStars report (with birthtime known) or a BabyStars report (with birthtime unknown) for $89 (with no more to pay), OR
* a BabyStars report (with birthtime known) which costs $99 (making an extra $10 payable at checkout) OR
* a LoveStars report (with birthtime unknown) which costs $79, which will give you a $10 credit to use towards your next report.

Simply fill out the birth details and your shipping address. At checkout enter your gift certificate code to recalculate the amount owing (if any). Please note that your gift certificate is valid for one use only.

If you have a $20 gift certificatate code, enter it at the checkout stage. This will activate your discount, and will recalculate the new lower amount owing.

If your promotional voucher code ends in a six digit date ie 311208 (an expiry date of 31 December 2008), while you can use the discount only once per transaction, you may purchase as many reports as you like, until the expiry date.

Yes. If you’re not absolutely 100% satisfied with your LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, simply return your report to It’s In The Stars, PO Box 585, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia within 30 days, and we’ll cheerfully refund your money.

If you don’t know the time of birth for the LoveStars™ or BabyStars™ report, select "Birth time unknown". Your report will be produced basing the time of birth at noon but this is not as accurate and detailed as reports with birth times supplied, so it will be up to 15 pages shorter, and will therefore cost less.

If you want to pay for your report by electronic funds transfer or cheque instead of by Visa or Mastercard, contact us to arrange it. Once your funds clear, your report will be Express Posted to you.
